  • I've put the wrong address on my order.
    Please ensure your shipping address and email address is correct. If you realise you've put the wrong address, you have 1-3 days after purchase to email me so I can confirm the new shipping address. Please be as quick as possible with this information to avoid your purchase not arriving. If you fail to update this information in time, I may not be able to resend your purchase or an additional fee may occur to resend to your correct address.
  • I think my parcel was lost.
    Please send me your name and order number and I will do my best to get a replacement sent to you.
  • I've ordered the wrong size print.
    All orders are final, so please read measurements which will be on all listed product descriptions.
  • My purchase arrived damaged.
    If your purchase arrives damaged, please email me with your name, order number and a photograph of the damaged product and I will help as much as I can to get a replacement to you.
  • Can I get a refund?
    I do not offer refunds. I only offer replacements on lost or damaged items. Please read product information carefully before any purchase.
  • Do you ship outside the UK?
    I currently only ship inside the UK. I'm hoping to provide International postage in the near future, but if you have an urgent request, please contact me via my email and I will do my best to help.
